CMS no longer uses the Nursing Home Scorecard for measuring quality improvement in nursing homes. The home's score is adjusted to reflect the Scope and Severity ratings of all deficiencies cited.New homes that have not experienced 3 surveys are not included Assisted Living Residences & Programs/Comprehensive Personal Care Homes. Consumers can use these reports to compare a nursing home's performance to the performance of other nursing homes It has been 26 months since the most recent inspection.
